* 19-inch wide belt is just wide enough for a guy. I first got a smaller, cheaper treadmill with a belt width of 16 that needed improvement. My feet kept hitting the sides, and it was dangerous.
* I must put my hands up and in front while on a treadmill. At the gym, I must uncomfortably put them on the display unit or something not made for your hands. The ones at the gym with two bars in front need to be higher and more comfortable to walk. This has a bar just over the display, and it is the perfect height to rest your hands.
*I walked for over 2 hours on it, and it is so sturdy and secure.
*It is the perfect walking treadmill, and I purchased a table piece on Amazon that goes over the sidebars in case I ever want to use my laptop and do work while walking really slowly.

I like the fact when I ride, I can hear my trainer’s video without having to turn the volume up. I can ride it any time of day or night, and it doesn’t disturb others in the house.
It’s great that it has Bluetooth and an app to help track my progress. The progress seems a bit unconventional and perhaps(?) inaccurate. I don’t know for sure, as this is the first for me to use an app to track. I can ride for more than 30 minutes, on level 4 resistance, at a good clip, sweating, and it says I’ve only peddled just over 28 feet and burned 80 calories. I’d hate to see what I’d need to do to burn more calories! I don’t think the app and bike talk nicely to one another. I’d like an adjustable set of handlebars so shorter people like me can adapt them to what I need most. Overall, made of excellent quality materials.

I installed a Magene S3+ sensor to pair with my Oculus Quest for VzFit. The Magene is quite low profile, but since the clearance is narrow, it barely fits. You need to find a good spot for it so it does not rub as much AND to be detected properly. So, in the end, it works with the sensor, but it makes a rubbing sound. That’s one thing to consider if you are thinking of installing a sensor)

Happy Customer: I love this chair! I have been sitting on it for about a month, and I have now actually just gotten rid of my (not so) old desk chair. Wanted to keep the old one as a backup, but I now have no need for it. This chair has helped my back tremendously. I have a pretty bad herniated disc which was causing me horrible sciatic pain even with sitting. I could only sit for about 30 minutes before the pain would be unbearable, and I would have to go lie down. Now, together with chiropractic treatment, using this chair has helped me to ultimately be much more productive at work — I have a desk job and am sitting for 8+ hours a day. I will add two things. 1) I do not recline on the back of the chair. So I cannot say if it’s sturdy enough for that. 2) I am a plus-sized adult, about 5’4″. The height is perfect, and thus far, it’s been sturdy enough for me to sit on for an extended period of time. Two thumbs way up from me.
